Review update June 2, 2026: I want to share here why we continue to be SO HAPPY with Branch Out Tree Care!For many years, we’ve had a problematical palm tree in our backyard, a Phoenix canariensis that was planted too closely to the house by the original owner . It had grown to the point where it was a serious issue to our home’s foundation and to the power lines overhead. We met with Sal Sanchez from Branch Out Tree Care and he told us he had an experienced crew to do the complex job. He was absolutely right!Because of the size of the tree (approximately 50’ x 5’) and its location (wedged behind a two-story house and the neighboring property), there was no way to access it by crane. It had to be done by hand, carefully and in pieces, so as not to injure the workers, damage the house or the house next door, the power lines, or the patio below. Forrest and his wonderful crew worked steadily for 2 and a half days, carefully removing the palm in chunks and carrying the heavy pieces out to their truck at the street while taking great care to do so safely and thoughtfully. They did a wonderful job and when they finished, they cleaned everything up!We remain so impressed with their ability, courtesy, great attitude, and focus. We had Branch Out Tree Care trim a huge (+100 Feet)Sycamore we have. Chris the owner is a certified Arborist, and was super knowledgeable about the tree and the new growth that had grown from a previous cut 20 years ago. He gave us a very competitive bid, and he and his team did an amazing job. The job was tough as there are lots of fragile surroundings that we were concerned about. They were super thorough, and protected everything surrounding the tree, very professional, with very modern equipment, and did an impeccable clean up job afterwards. Chris also gave us some advice on a stressed oak we have that was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend BOTC!

Great service and excellent work. Chris was very responsive and professional. He sent me a quote before he drove away from my house and had the work scheduled within two days of the quote being accepted. I will be using them in the future and recommending their services!

I have found my partner for tree care! Chris and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty with the care and professionalism related to our olive trees, stone pine, and ficus hedge. Great communication with all our neighbors, artistic sensibilities with the work, and very detailed clean up. Couldn’t be happier!

They were great. Quick to respond. Quick to schedule the work. Efficient in doing it. We had them prune some large trees on a steep hillside that were tangled up in electric lines. They did a great job. Competent and knowledgeable.

Gabe & Steve did a fantastic job on our palms. We've wanted this done for a while, and done like this. We are so thankful to have our palms completely cleaned up. We got Gabe's name from a friend, and so glad we did. We saw their palms and asked who did them. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Gabe was straight with us, that the first major cleanup would be a bit more, and follow up visits would be much less. His pricing is fair, and he gave us a veterans discount, much appreciated, and highly recommended!

They did a wonderful job assessing, trimming, and fertilizing our trees. Responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduling was fast, and they cleaned up the debris very well. They are very knowledgable about the preventive and corrective treatments our trees needed, and even found a dangerous problem with one tree touching a power line that we weren't aware of. They're not the cheapest guys in town, but you get what you pay for. 100% recommend!

Sorry for the delay here but I used Branch Out tree service a couple weeks ago Jan 22nd 2025 . They were fantastic and did exactly what i had wanted . They were safe , courteous, and experienced.
